Garage22 Kiwi & Celery is a limited-edition spring release that came about the way the best things do: through long experimentation and a refusal to give up.
We took kilos of fresh kiwi and armfuls of celery and threw them into the kettle. The kiwi does what it does best: juicy fruitiness, freshness, and that characteristic boldness that wakes you from your winter slumber. Celery is its calmer counterpart—it brings earthiness, herbaceous notes, and a slight saltiness that grounds the entire profile and extends the flavor where other gins would have long since faded.
The result is a gin that is clear and fresh, but not simple. With ice, it reveals everything it has to offer. In a G&T, its natural green notes come through even more.

Main botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, kiwi, celery
Aroma: Distinctly fruity and “green.” The first whiff hits you with the freshness of ripe kiwi, immediately complemented by the herbal, slightly spicy notes of fresh celery.
Taste: On the palate, the gin is pleasantly fruity and rounded. The long finish plays with a subtle hint of celery, which grounds the entire combination and gives it incredible depth.
