Gloria Single Origin Coffee Liqueur is a coffee liqueur for those who want to truly taste coffee in their drink, not just sweetness. We make it from 100% Los Lajones Arabica (Panama, Boquete), roasted by the local specialty coffee roaster Doubleshot.
The base consists of slowly macerated cold brew, cold brew syrup, and a delicate grain spirit. The result is an elegant, slightly bittersweet liqueur with a distinctive coffee aroma, a clean profile, and a subtle caffeine “kick.”
Great on its own over ice, in a dessert serving, or as a base for espresso martinis and modern coffee cocktails.
Aroma: a delicate nutty scent with notes of marzipan, cherry, vanilla, and chocolate
Taste: initial slightly bitter coffee notes are soon replaced by a fruity hint of mango and chocolate
