Trivia is a genuine, distilled verte absinthe with an authentic flavor. Its recipe is inspired by the earliest varieties of Swiss absinthes, dating back to the 18th century. As the name suggests, this absinthe is based on the so-called "holy trinity" of anise, Florentine fennel, and wormwood. Its style pays homage to the original tradition, which always produced a less sweet absinthe that stood out for both its freshness and the balanced, complex flavor of its botanicals.

It is best enjoyed mixed with ice-cold water in a 1:3 ratio, or in a cocktail such as Absinthe Frappé, Sazerac, or Death in the Afternoon.
